The factory
Nothing would be possible without our most precious asset: our factory. It's here that every project comes to life, where ideas are transformed into concrete formulas and solutions that become the heart of our offering. A state-of-the-art facility that combines technology, research, and passion, capable of translating our experience into quality products for agriculture.
The factory is a symbol of our identity as a fertilizer and fertilizer manufacturer, a place where innovation and tradition meet to create reliable, high-performance solutions. Thanks to state-of-the-art machinery and a qualified team, we are able to guarantee consistency, efficiency, and high standards, meeting the needs of national and international markets.
The plant consists of two production lines: one dedicated to indissoluble fertilizers, designed to offer long-lasting solutions, and one dedicated to liquid fertilizers, designed for rapid and targeted interventions. This dual specialization allows us to be recognized as one of the leading fertilizer manufacturers in the sector, offering a comprehensive and constantly evolving range, capable of supporting farmers at every stage of their work.
Water-Soluble Fertilizer Line
In this production line, all processes, including raw material dosing, sampling, labeling, bagging, and palletizing, are automated and monitored by our highly specialized staff to ensure proper operation. This line packages products in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 25 kg bags.
As regards production capacity, we are able to guarantee:
- 24 tons per day in 25 kg bags.
- 10 tons per day in 1kg and 5kg bags.
Liquid fertilizer line
This production line ensures a perfect blend of products, corresponding to the product's composition. The versatility of this system allows us to meet the most diverse customer requests, including customized formulas based on their needs. The production capacity of this line ranges from batches of 860 liters per product to over 10,000 liters per day.
The laboratory
We have our own laboratory inside the factory. This is where research and development contribute to the formulation and continuous improvement of our products.
Inside the laboratory, all raw materials and finished products are analysed and tested using the most modern control tools available on the market, guaranteeing excellent Italian quality.
Logistics
The company's strength is our factory's ideal location near Southern Italy's two most important commercial ports, Naples and Salerno, which handle both containerized cargo and breakbulk cargo. This location allows us to serve all geographic areas, even the most remote.
